The company was originally founded as Tri-County Human Development Corporation and was headquartered in Caruthersville, Missouri. The company provided personal care services to residents of Pemiscot, New Madrid and Mississippi counties exclusively.

Today, Pyramid Home Health Services provides a full array of home and community based health services, including long-term-care, pharmacy, home health and hospice services.
